Since 2009 I have been working as a facilitator of organisational transformation, trainer and coach mental resilience. In 2022, I completed my dream by writing and publishing a book for everyone that wants to become more proficient in dialogue. The book 'Dialoog in crisistijd' (Dialogue in times of crisis) is an invitation to have meaningful conversations and provides a toolkit, easy to apply.
